01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

• "Platform" means the gwinph website (gwinph.app), its mobile-responsive interface, all associated web pages, and any application or software provided by gwinph for the purpose of accessing its gaming services.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the gwinph platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of the gwinph registration process.
• "Real Money Play" means any wagering activity conducted using actual funds deposited into a gwinph account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or incentive currency awarded to a player by gwinph under any promotional scheme.

Acceptance is ongoing — each time you log in to your gwinph account, you re-affirm your acceptance of the most current version of these Terms & Conditions. 03 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Use of the gwinph platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. You are eligible to register and play on gwinph only if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years old. This requirement is strictly enforced — no exceptions.

04 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

To access Real Money Play on gwinph, you must create a single registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information current at all times.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one gwinph account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. gwinph employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and identity cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts.

4.3 KYC Verification

4.4 Account Security

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gwinph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). 5.2 Deposit Processing

All deposits are credited to your gwinph account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt. gwinph does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges for which gwinph is not responsible. Deposits made via cryptocurrency are credited following the required number of on-chain confirmations for each respective network.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any Bonus Funds must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–4 banking hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are dispatched on-chain within 30 minutes of approval.
• gwinph reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual betting patterns.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

gwinph is fully compliant with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and all PAGCOR AML directives. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. gwinph may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) without prior notice to the player.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and referral rewards offered by gwinph are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified gwinph accounts only. Accounts that have not completed KYC are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
• Each player may claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via multiple accounts — is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

07 Betting Rules & Game Fairness

All games available on the gwinph platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers including JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, CQ9, Habanero, and Evolution Gaming. Each game operates under its own published rules and is governed by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are available on request.

The following general betting rules apply across all gwinph products:

• Bets placed using a combination of real money and Bonus Funds are governed by the wagering rules of the applicable promotion.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed by the platform. In the event of a technical error during a game round, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned.

• Creating or operating more than one gwinph account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using the platform to launder money or circumvent AML controls
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI decision tools, or any software that interfaces with the gwinph platform without authorisation
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or poker games
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your gwinph account to another person
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward gwinph staff or other players

09 Intellectual Property

All content available on the gwinph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface design, trademarks, and audiovisual material — is the exclusive property of gwinph or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gwinph platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any gwinph content without prior written authorisation
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the gwinph platform
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the gwinph website on another domain
• Use gwinph trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without express written permission

10 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gwinph's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gwinph expressly disclaims liability for:

• Any loss or damage resulting from platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures outside gwinph's reasonable control
• Loss of winnings or game progress resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind

11 Privacy & Data Protection

gwinph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules. By registering on gwinph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

12 Responsible Gaming

gwinph is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among Filipino players. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, gwinph complies with all responsible gaming mandates prescribed by PAGCOR and implements the following player protection tools, all accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits are applied immediately upon activation and cannot be increased without a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

gwinph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The player violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• gwinph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• The player is found to be accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction
• PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority directs gwinph to restrict or close the account
• The player's account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Upon termination, gwinph will process a return of any verified real-money balance remaining in the account, net of any outstanding wagering requirements, bonus balances, or amounts subject to investigation. Winnings derived from conduct in violation of these Terms & Conditions will be forfeited.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the gwinph platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through the following process:

3. Formal Legal Proceedings: Only if the above steps have been exhausted may a party initiate formal legal action in the Philippine courts.

15 Amendments to These Terms

gwinph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gwinph will provide notice via registered email addresses and/or a prominent in-platform notification. The updated terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the gwinph platform following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
